This immersive experience blends boxing fundamentals, technique, and high-intensity conditioning—all designed to push your limits while emphasizing proper form and continuous improvement. You’ll move station by station through a carefully designed circuit, finishing with a powerful final station in a regulation boxing ring— hitting focus mitts with a trainer to bring it all together.

Drop-in circuit open during club hours, so no need to schedule a time! Combinations for each stations change daily.
