A lifelong athlete, Jeff played college basketball and tennis before dedicating himself to the study of martial arts, developing skills in karate, boxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. His well-rounded background in both team sports and combat disciplines has shaped a unique and highly effective approach to fitness that emphasizes discipline, movement efficiency, and long-term health.

Gabby Arambula
Gabby brings over a decade of group fitness experience and a dynamic, high-energy approach to every class. With a background in multiple modalities—ranging from strength training and HIIT to yoga, spin, barre, and boxing—she creates workouts that challenge the body and elevate the mind.
Originally from Michigan (and proud to have lived in nearly every Midwest state except Ohio!), Gabby started her boxing journey two years ago and quickly fell in love with the power, discipline, and confidence it builds and empowering women. She holds certifications in ACE Group Fitness, 200HR Yoga, and boxing, and she’s passionate about helping every client leave the gym feeling stronger, more empowered, and better than when they walked in.

Ilir Sino
Ilir Sino is a well rounded athletic person. He was a Deputy Sheriff for 18 years before getting into the training world. He was an instructor at Sheriff's Training Academy while on the job. Ilir has coached and trained people of all ages and skill levels. He has a background in self defense,wrestling and kick boxing. He is a highly motivated and experienced trainer. He loves getting the most out of everyone and seeing people succeed farther than they thought.
Outside of the gym Ilir is still an active coach. He has been the head Freshman coach at Nathan Hale HS for the past 5 years and continuing this year. His training and coaching is like his family and life. He always gives maximum effort and expects the same in return. He develops long term friendships with the people he coaches and trains. He considers them family which makes it easy for him be dedicated to their success in the gym,on the field and in life.
Jaime Koralewski
A proud mom of three, Jaime is a dedicated Milwaukee Firefighter, and a lifelong athlete with a passion for service and strength. Her journey in athletics began early, earning her a Division I volleyball scholarship to Southern Illinois University, where she developed a deep love for competition, teamwork, and pushing past limits.
In 2012, Jaime found her next calling through cardio kickboxing and hasn’t looked back since. What started as a personal outlet quickly evolved into a professional passion. She now teaches kickboxing and strength & conditioning classes, sharing her energy, discipline, and drive with others. Her coaching style blends firehouse grit with athlete level intensity, empowering clients to build confidence, mental toughness, and real strength.
Whether she’s responding to emergencies, coaching a class, or cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ games, Jaime leads with heart, hustle, a little bit of sass, and a relentless commitment to helping others rise.

Coach Jeffrey brings over 18 years of grappling experience and a background as a former U.S. Marine. He has coached and competed in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and no-gi grappling tournaments.
His teaching blends real world experience with a focus on discipline, strong fundamentals, and helping beginners feel confident on the mats.
Coach Jeff prioritizes safety, technical growth, and creating a focused supportive environment where students can learn at their own pace. His goal is to help each person grow stronger - physically and mentally - through consistent, disciplined training on the mats.
Madeline Goodwill
Madeline Goodwill has worked with people from all walks of life and noticed one consistent truth: most people don’t realize how strong they truly are. She remains passionate about helping clients discover their power—one punch at a time.
Over the past year, Madeline has led high-energy boxing and strength-based group classes, helping clients of all levels build confidence, find consistency, and enjoy the challenge of movement. She meets each person exactly where they are in their fitness journey, creating a judgment-free space where everyone is welcomed and encouraged.
Her coaching style is upbeat and welcoming—but make no mistake, she’s serious about form. Her approach is rooted in the belief that movement is a privilege, not a punishment, and every person should leave her class feeling better, stronger, and proud—whether it’s day one or day one thousand at the gym.
After learning and training with her brother, Madeline found a love of boxing. She spent years trying just about every workout style, but boxing felt like the answer she’d been searching for: cathartic, empowering, and a full-body challenge that gets you out of your head and into your strength. She’s ACE Group Fitness certified and currently working toward her boxing fitness certification.
Outside the gym, Madeline is a wife and full-time mom of three who loves spending time with her family. You might also catch her performing from time to time as a singer. Yes, she can throw a punch and hit a high note.
Tina Schlecht
Tina brings a well-rounded and supportive approach to fitness with a background in strength training, boxing, and yoga. She is committed to helping others feel stronger, move better, and stay consistent with their goals. Tina has experience coaching boxing classes for people living with Parkinson's disease and as a yoga teaching assistant. She holds a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer Certification, Boxing Fitness Certification by Tony Jeffries, and a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification.
After spending over a decade in a corporate desk job, Tina experienced firsthand the toll a sedentary lifestyle can take on both body and mind. That wake-up call led her to dive into all the fitness classes offered at her workplace, which sparked a personal weight-loss transformation and lasting passion for movement, strength, and wellness. As a wife and mom of two, Tina understands the challenges of staying active through life transitions. Whether you're looking to build strength, lose weight, improve mobility, or simply stay active in a healthy and sustainable way, her coaching style is focused, mindful, and encouraging. She prioritizes proper form, functional movement, and long-term wellness so you can keep doing what you love for years to come.
