Alexandra's passion for movement began at an early age through 15 years of training in ballet, tap, jazz, and pointe. Her love for teaching started in high school, where she taught pre-ballet classes to children ages 3–5 and discovered the joy of helping others learn, grow, and gain confidence through movement.
In 2020, Alexandra discovered barre at Pure Barre Oak Creek and quickly fell in love with the unique combination of strength, endurance, balance, and grace that barre provides. Shortly after becoming a member, she began training to become an instructor and earned her Pure Barre certifications in both Classic and Empower formats. After teaching at Pure Barre for a year and a half, she joined the Life Time team in November 2021, where she continues to teach barre. In 2025, she further expanded her fitness expertise by earning her ACE Group Fitness Certification.
Drawing from her extensive dance background and years of teaching experience, Alexandra is passionate about helping members develop a strong mind-body connection while working toward their individual fitness goals. She believes fitness should be challenging, empowering, and accessible to everyone, regardless of where they are in their journey.
One of Alexandra's favorite parts of teaching is the sense of community that develops within each class. She strives to create a welcoming environment where every member feels supported, included, and encouraged to challenge themselves. Whether someone is taking their very first barre class or has been attending for years, her goal is for every participant to leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what they accomplished.
Outside of the studio, Alexandra works as a Corporate Event Manager with more than 10 years of experience planning and executing large-scale events. When she's not teaching or coordinating events, she enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
