THE CIRCUIT is a unique 15-station dynamic boxing experience that challenges your body, sharpens your mind, and energizes your spirit. Rotate through bags and functional zones – all with trainer guidance on form, footwork, and combos. The last station - at the center of REVIVAL in a regulation-size boxing ring - allows you to apply your learned skills, punching focus mitts held by your trainer.
