Why Infrared? In an infrared sauna, the infrared is heating your body directly and 20% of the heat is heating the air. The idea is to increase thermal energy in the body.
Is infrared heat safe? Infrared heat is completely safe and all objects give off and receive infrared heat. In fact, it is so safe, hospitals use similar heaters to warm newborns. Infrared is a part of nature and essential for life.
What is optimal time you should spend in an infrared sauna? For most people, 20-30 minutes 2-4x per week - but can vary based on individual factors such as experience level, health goals, and tolerance to heat. Beginners may want to start 10-15 minutes and gradually increase the time as their body adapts.Can I use red light therapy and infrared saunas together? Yes! Using red light therapy with your infrared sauna can amplify their benefits. Individually, each therapy offers powerful health advantages, but when used in tandem, they work synergistically to maximize healing, detoxification, and relaxation.

What is difference between red light and far infrared light?
Red light is absorbed by the skin, boosting collagen production & aiding skin conditions. Near Infrared light reaches deeper into the body.Does red light penetrate clothing? Near infrared light may penetrate clothing to some degree, but red light is not able to effectively penetrate clothing. Therefore we generally recommend exposing clean bare skin to the light as the usage environment allows.
What is reccomended frequency?There is an upside down U shaped response curve when it comes to red light benefits. More is not always better!
For this reason, we recommend you allow at least 6 hours between treatments of the same area. We recommend no more than 15 minutes in any one session and at least one day off per week.

What is the ideal temperature? The most effective cold plunge temperatures range from 50-59 degrees Fahrenheit (10-15 degrees Celsius) for stimulating recovery and boosting mental sharpness.
When to plunge? For brain clarity + energy, to kick start your day and to burn fat you would cold plunge before your day begins. Optimal before going to work. Post-Exercise to reduce muscle soreness, accelerate recovery, enhance overall well-being and boost immune function.
What is optimal duration: 3 minutes is sufficient for most individuals. Shorter durations (1 minute) may be beneficial for acclimation and quick recovery post-exercise.
How frequent?: Consistent cold plunge therapy, about 3-4 times a week, can maximize reducing inflammation, significantly enhance physical recovery, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

1. Warm-up: Start with a 10-20 minute session in the infrared sauna to increase circulation and relax muscles.
2. Cold plunge: Immediately after the sauna, immerse yourself in the cold plunge for 1-3 minutes,
3. Repeat:Alternate between the sauna and cold plunge for a few cycles (e.g., 2-3 rounds).
4. Cool down: Finish with a cool-down period to allow your body to return to its normal temperature,
Important Considerations:
Hydration: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after the session to prevent dehydration.
Listen to your body: Pay attention to your body's response and adjust the duration and intensity of the sessions as needed.
Start slow: Begin with shorter sessions and gradually increase the time as you become more comfortable.
Avoid contrast therapy if: Pregnant, intoxicated, or have certain medical conditions like Raynaud's disease.
