THE CIRCUIT
THE CIRCUIT is a drop-in 15-station dynamic boxing fitness experience that challenges your body, sharpens your mind, and energizes your spirit. Rotate through bags and functional zones — all with trainer guidance on form, footwork, and combos. Stations change daily to keep you engaged. The last station, you’ll experience The Ring, applying your learned skills by punching focus mitts held by your trainer.
No reservation needed (drop-in during open hours).

You’ll train on heavy bags to sharpen your technique and unleash full-force combos, then move through explosive intervals and core-focused finishers that leave you strong, sweaty, and unstoppable. Whether you're striking solo or working with a teammate, this format brings the heat for anyone - beginners to advanced.

Using kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight resistance, this class builds muscular power, joint stability, and mental toughness. You’ll move with intention through progressive sets that target every major muscle group — with coaching that keeps your form sharp and your confidence high. No fluff. Start with explosive kickboxing in the first half, then power into HIIT‑style strength and conditioning in the second. A fast, sweaty, full‑body workout that builds endurance, strength, and confidence.

Stabilize from the ground up building whole body strength, mobility, and balance. Each class starts with yoga to prep your body for the day’s unique workout, then moves into functional training and ends with a restorative cooldown. Every class is different to keep you engaged.

Animal Flow is a ground-based movement system that blends elements of yoga, gymnastics, and bodyweight training. Using fluid animal-inspired patterns, you’ll build strength, mobility, coordination and control while challenging both body and mind.
