THE CIRCUIT
THE CIRCUIT is a drop-in 15-station dynamic boxing experience that challenges your body, sharpens your mind, and energizes your spirit. Rotate through bags and functional zones — all with trainer guidance on form, footwork, and combos. Stations change daily to keep you engaged. The last station, you’ll experience The Ring, applying your learned skills by punching focus mitts held by your trainer.
No reservation needed (drop-in during open hours).

Expect focused rounds, footwork drills, and bag work that sharpen coordination, boost confidence, and lay the groundwork for every other class in our lineup. No experience needed — just bring your grit.

Builds power, agility, and endurance with punches, kicks and drills. You’ll train on heavy bags to sharpen your technique and unleash full-force combos, then move through explosive intervals and core-focused finishers that leave you strong, sweaty, and unstoppable. Whether you're striking solo or working with a teammate, this format brings the heat for anyone - beginners to advanced.
CAMPR

Built to challenge every muscle and leave you stronger, faster, and more resilient. CAMPR blends functional strength, heart-pumping cardio, and athletic conditioning in a variety of formats, from indoor intervals to outdoor hill work. Whether it’s circuits, partner drills, or full-body burners, each class is uniquely designed by your coach to push limits and build total-body power. Strength. Sweat. Stamina. It’s all here.
LIFTR

Using kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight resistance, this class builds muscular power, joint stability, and mental toughness. You’ll move with intention through progressive sets that target every major muscle group — with coaching that keeps your form sharp and your confidence high. No fluff. Just strength that shows up in and out of the gym.

More than abs — COR targets deep core muscles, spinal stability, and rotational strength. Through a mix of planks, holds, dynamic movement, and breath-driven control, you’ll build the kind of core that supports every lift, strike, and stride. Expect to shake. Expect to sweat. Expect results.

Stabilize from the ground up building whole body power, mobility, and balance. Each class starts with yoga to prep your body for the day’s unique workout, then moves into functional training and ends with a restorative cooldown. No two sessions are the same, and the energy is all about community — where everyone knows your name and cheers you on.
