BOOTCAMP MEETS BOXING + KICKBOXING
Experience a high-energy training experience that blends boxing and kickboxing striking combinations, HIIT intervals, and strength-focused stations into one nonstop bootcamp-style workout. Move through rounds of boxing and kickboxing combos, functional conditioning, and full-body strength training designed to build power, endurance, confidence, and resilience in an electrifying team atmosphere. No reservation needed (members drop-in during open hours).
KEISER PERFORMANCE CIRCUIT
MORE VERSATILE. MORE EFFECTIVE. SAFER. REVIVAL is the first in Wisconsin to introduce Keiser, the gold standard in performance training technology.
The Keiser Circuit is laid out sequentially Upper Body, Lower Body, Core. Rotate from one machinae to the next with minimal rest to keep the heart rate elevated. Because you can change the resistance mid-set, the circuit can perform at higher velocity (focusing on explosive power) or traditional slower tempos (focusing on hypertrophy and rehabilitation). The circuit accommodates all demographics—from older adults improving mobility and bone density to elite athletes training for peak power output.
Cutting-Edge Technology: Keiser uses Pneumatic Resistance, so instead of lifting heavy iron, you work against compressed air, eliminating the "momentum" or "shock loading" of traditional weights, making it incredibly joint-friendly. Micro-adjustments allow for
