  • Move, sweat, and strike to the beat in this high-energy full-body workout that blends boxing and kickboxing combinations with nonstop cardio conditioning. Designed to keep your heart rate up and your energy flowing, this class builds endurance, coordination, confidence, and total-body strength — all driven by powerful music and an electrifying atmosphere. CAMPR

  • Built to challenge every muscle and leave you stronger, faster, and more resilient. CAMPR blends functional strength, heart-pumping cardio, and athletic conditioning in a variety of formats. LIFTR

  • Using kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight resistance, this class builds muscular power, joint stability, and mental toughness. You’ll move with intention through progressive sets that target every major muscle group — with coaching that keeps your form sharp and your confidence high. No fluff. Just strength that shows up in and out of the gym.

COR

  • More than abs — COR targets deep core muscles, spinal stability, and rotational strength. Through a mix of planks, holds, dynamic movement, and breath-driven control, you’ll build the kind of core that supports every lift, strike, and stride. Expect to shake. Expect to sweat. Expect results.

ANIMALFLOW

  • Animal Flow is a ground-based movement system that blends elements of yoga, gymnastics, and bodyweight training. Using fluid animal-inspired patterns, you’ll build strength, mobility, coordination and control while challenging both body and mind. Each flow is a dynamic sequence that improves stability, joint health and total-body awareness — helping you move better, feel stronger and unlock a new level of athleticism.
